    Dr. White is a 1980 graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry and is certified by the American Board of Optometry. Dr. White is additionally licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist/Glaucoma Specialist. He currently holds membership in both the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.
